Reddick Apartments and Offices

OPAL built its first rental apartments and adjoining office space in a mixed-use development of four buildings. Two buildings reflect historic structures that once stood on the property. The site design preserves an old pear orchard and includes a community garden. The seven apartments range in size from 400 to 700 square feet. The OPAL office is located here, along with several other small businesses.
