When OPAL homeowners wish to sell their home, the home is sold through OPAL at an affordable price to a new eligible purchaser.  Current resale:

OPAL also has new homes under construction in Eastsound in the Wild Rose Meadow Neighborhood. Phase I (18 homes) is complete and Phase II (14 more homes) are under construction.  All homes have purchasers, but we encourage applicants to get on OPAL’s waiting list.
