Well-Planned Neighborhoods and Thoughtful Building Designs

OPAL CLT works closely with the community and prospective homeowners and tenants in locating and developing our projects. We choose sites that are close to workplaces with the hope of keeping homeowners’ transportation costs lower.

Bonnie Brae House We minimize impact on the land and our designs fit into existing neighborhoods. While achieving affordability, we also use sustainable and “green” building materials and systems whenever possible.

OPAL communities are ecologically sensitive, socially responsible and managed by consensus.

Since 1989, we have built or renovated 50 single family homes, as well as seven rental apartments and 3,600 sq. ft. of rental office space.
